Bij afwezigheid van een medisch voorschrift van uw huisarts
of specialist kan de bloedafname niet worden uitgevoerd.
Wij verzoeken u daarom dit voorschrift mee te brengen bij uw bezoek.

In the absence of a medical prescription from your general 
practitioner or specialist, the blood test cannot be performed.
